Re: Charging beacons?

The user manual says the following about charging: "Make sure that the power switch is ON. Otherwise, the battery is fully disconnected and won’t be charged." Is this referring to the power switch of the computer, or the beacons? Do both switches on the board need to be in the up position...

Re: Slow location update rate after installing 5.41a/5.44

Solved it: Radio profile was back to 38k in stead of 500Kbps Changed it to 500 Kbps, everything is fine again. Hendrik Thank you for sharing. Yes, default settings are pretty safe, but far from peak performance. Yes, to get the highest update rate, the radio profile on all beacons and the modem mus...

Re: Security for GPS indoor

I wonder oneday GPS indoor system is accessed by anyone not me. What have I do to secure the system? Hello, As discussed over email, current SW version doesn't bring much security. So, if there is a system nearby with similar settings, it is possible to interfere and even take over the control. But...

Re: calibration and oscilloscope capture

I have 4 stationary beacons at 4 corners of a square. The square is with ~2m length sides. Beacon 48 and 58 are on the opposite corners. That is ~2.8m away. However, the distance measure turns out to be 0.35m. 1) I did ultrasonic self-calibration. Note that Amplifier Limitation is only 1850. cal.jp...

Re: "RX normal" "RX frozen"

What are these two mean? Working with the system consists of two steps: 1) Building the map of stationary beacons and freezing the map 2) Using the frozen map and ready to use system with stationary beacons in the already known positions to measure the position of the mobile beacons In quite a few ...

Re: Pick and place robot

[quote="Grindelwald"]How would the precision be? I am doing a university project and the arena in which the robot is supposed to work is a wooden arena with dimensions 1000mm * 600mm. Hello, Here is our latest demos on precision: https://youtu.be/19r47_PuUBY - very precise 1.2m diameter ci...

Re: Noob question about connection.

However when I read about UART they usually cross connect rx to tx, tx to rx.
Which one is right?

We send out of from TX and it shall be RX on PixHawk. We don't read any feedback from UART devices, so only TX wire and ground wire is sufficient.

Re: Noob question about connection.

Hello I am kind of new to electronics. I have pixhawk2.1 and Indoor gps. Attached picture is pixhawk2 gps pin out. I check your document about marvelmine_pixhawk_v2016_10_11a.pdf.
