Re: Problems about Powering SN75176 for UART Communications Through Long Distances

I have an application where a master/transmitter system communicates with a slave/receiver subsystem over an arbitrary distance. The two systems each consists of a microcontroller and some analog and digital circuitry. For communications between the two systems, a UART signal from the transmitter s...

Re: Power DIP switch doesn't work

Hi, I have bought Starter Set – HW v4.9 – plastic housing but in a Beacon the DIP switch doesn't work. The Beacon V5.75.30 is always ON and battery is on charge even though the Power DIP switch is OFF. Regards Hello, I believe, we have discussed this case over email. Please, share your photos there...

Re: Beacons not providing position updates consistently

Hi. I've had an issue recently where the hedges will, for arbitrary periods of time, stop providing position updates to my robot and the dashboard. The dots in the dashboard turn transparent, but apart from that, I have no idea what the problem is. As far as I can tell, it's not particularly correl...

Re: Quad Copter GPS Accuracy - Raw data

Hello, I have been trying to have a Copter Quad Loiter in position when using Marvelmind's indoor "GPS", but we are seeing oscillations of about 2- feet. I have contacted ArduCopter thinking that it would be something on the FW code. This is their response from what of the developers One ...

Re: Quad Copter GPS Accuracy - Raw data

I would also like to see this implemented ASAP as we are experiencing similar issues with our indoor quadcopter system. The raw data has been implemented :-) However, it is not the Indoor "GPS" issue. It is an interface issue. As far as know, ArduCopter guys are now updating their part too.

Re: Pixhawk + Marvelmind Ground Mag Anomaly Error

Hi, I have a QUAD copter with Pixhawk and Marvelmind as the indoor GPS. My goal is to fly the drone autonomously by code using Dronekit. On the Marvelmind dashboard I can see the beacons and the hedge movement its pretty smooth. However, the drone doesn't hover. It always drift or pulls to one rand...

Re: Read hedge sensor data via UART?

Good catch. Thank you. I am able to read magnetometer readings. Here are the readings in 4 different directions 1 - (0, -150, 1034) 2 - (-600, -60, -830) 3 - (-640, -580, -1160) 4 - (-750, -600, -1400) How can we calculate the angle it is deviated from the north using those values? For HMC5883 sens...

Re: which beacon has IMU

Uhhh now i feel kind of dumb... :? I ordered a starter kit, all 5 modules look identical. I thought that one was supposed to have an IMU but just assumed i was wrong that the beacon to be used as the HH should have that mode enabled. Was i wrong? One of the 5 modules actually does have an IMU? Than...

Yes. Please, connect to Dashboard via USB => View= Accelerometer data

Re: Cannot upload SW due to broken Microusb Port

Hello, I am sorry to hear there is a broken USB. The easiest way to upload the new SW would be radio interface. You simply select the beacon in the Dashboard and upload the SW over radio. It takes a bit longer, than over USB, but still pretty quick. BR, Maxim Thank you for such a fast response! I t...
