Re: Oscilloscope not working

Hello,
No, you should select one beacon by its button and second one in the oscilloscope window.
Only modem should be connected to the PC.
See this help video about using oscilloscope:

Re: Mobile Beacon Heading

Hello, In current version of firmware (5.88) this feature is not activated, so it will not increase update rate. In future versions this will increase update rate when using multiple mobile beacons by getting IMU fusion data from several mobile beacons at a time. For example, if you have update rate...

Re: Firmware for Rover/Erle-Brain

Hello, The rover on our videos is based on our own hardware and software, it does not use erle, pixhawk or any other standard conroller. Here is set of settings for pixhawk for integration of Ardurover with our system: http://ardupilot.org/rover/docs/common-marvelmind.html Now we have no such settin...

Re: How to get yaw data of mobile beacon from modem

Hello, To get yaw data with two mobile beacons you should make pair of the beacons. Please read section 5.6.2 about pairing in manual: https://marvelmind.com/pics/marvelmind_navigation_system_manual.pdf In current firmware version (5.88) it is not possible to get IMU data from modem, but we plan to ...

Re: LCD output slowed down

Every baudrate from 9600 bps to 500000 bps should be enough for transmission of coordinates with update rate 16 Hz or below. The baudrate may be different for different beacons, but it should be same for beacon and Arduino where the beacon is connected. Please check in dashboard, does the position u...

Re: Sik radio and MM radio wont play nice.

You can switch Marvelmind system to one of four radio channels (0...3). The channels are 1 MHz far one from another (for 915 MHz band), so you can select channel which will not interfere with SiK radio. Also, you can select 868 MHz radio band. 868 MHz band may be used on same hardware as 915 MHz ban...

Re: Normalizing compass output

Hello, It seems you need to calibrate the compass because it has some offset. So the final formula will be something like: Angle= atan2(MagY-OffsetY, MagX-OffsetX)*180/PI How to calculate offsets, you can read here: https://github.com/praneshkmr/node-lsm303/wiki/Understanding-the-calibration-of-the-...

Re: Beacon dropped out

Hello, Please connect beacon via USB and compare radio settings with settings of modem. The main parameters which could cause loosing connection are radio band, radio profile and channel. They should be same for modem and all of the beacons. You can connect every beacon and modem via USB one after a...
