how to get realtime coordinate in serial print arduino ?

I am a student, I have a project about autonomous mobile robot using arduino kit and I am able to use Marvelmind Indoor Navigation System HW. 4.9 (IA-02-3D series) and using dashboard v6.240 , i want to get realtime coordinate in serial print arduino. but the serial print just show the last coordinate position when the robot stop. it can't show the coordinate when the robot is running. i have been test in freeze and unfreeze condition in the dashboard but the result still same. and to show the first coordinate and the last coordinate, the serial print tab should be close and open again. it can't automatically. how to solve this ? did im doing something wrong ?
