Hi, I am trying to create a map that overlaps with an existing map that I have. I am wondering what's the standard steps for aligning axis.
For example I have a beacon ID=2 which I know will align on x axis, and in order to align the map from beacons to the map that I have, I added another beacon ID=1 at the map origin, then using the xy axis feature in dashboard I am able to generate a map with same origin and xy axis as the existing map. But later when I am trying to delete the static beacon ID=1 which I know I only added for matching maps, the submap will refresh and the previous axis setup will break.
Or should I add a mobile beacon at origin, gradually rotate the map until the beacons are at expected position on existing map, then remove the mobile beacon and save the submap?
That is the typical process for generating a submap that aligns with an existing map?
Thanks
